Working in a team of 10+ Solicitors, you will have a holistic role with a split between Corporate and Commercial work. The company is a leading giant in technology and renewable energy, with core focus across developments and real estate, construction and renewable energy projects. They have become a strong international company and their reputation proceeds them.This is an incredible opportunity for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join this industry giant and to be at the forefront of renewable energy advancement and innovation. You will advise on all aspects of corporate transactions and commercial agreements.
