Part timeHybrid or Fully RemoteRole overviewWe are a dedicated, inspiring and forward-thinking healthcare charity in which legacies contribute a significant proportion of the income, funding around half of the charitys work.We are looking for a Legacy Administration Manager who ideally has a Law Degree, STEP or Institute of Legacy Management Certificate in Charity Legacy Administration or similar formal legal qualification.In this role, you will solely be responsible for administering a portfolio of legacy administration cases left to the charity.You will plan, schedule and monitor work to meet deadlines and other requirements (financial, legislative etc), to ensure that the wishes of testators are adhered to. Communicating with both professional and lay executors, friends, family and co-beneficiaries,in an appropriate sensitive manner, will be key to this role.In addition to producing monthly financial reports and budget forecasting, youll produce monthly and annual accrual report and assisting with annual audit.
