Job Description

As Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing graphic elements across all PSN content (road cycling, off-road biking and triathlon). You will work on a variety of graphic design and artwork projects, the work will be varied, challengingand play to your creative strengths.You will report to the Senior Graphic Designer and interpret and realise the creative vision for our content. You will work collaboratively within the team to produce high-quality content and uphold the expectation of creative excellence within the company.You will be a creative thinker and a multi-tasker. Someone with great communication skills and a desire to develop their skills. Your portfolio will demonstrate experience with a range of programmes and materials, as well as examples of work that illustrateyour ability to fulfil the following:Responsibilities

  • Graphic design artwork, layout and image manipulation
  • Attractive and effective designs that support our content strategy and complement current branding
  • Create and update artwork for social media channels
  • Assist with special projects and internal assignments
  • Source and/or create photography, illustrations, and graphics for individual projects
  • Produce advertising and marketing communications design
  • Support design for eCommerce products
  • Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
  • Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
Skills required
  • Adept with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Able to use DSLR cameras
  • Creative flair and a good eye for detail
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
