Morgan McKinley is working with a high growth organisation based in Bath, to recruit an In-house Paralegal.This is a unique opportunity to join an international business with ambitious growth plans, in a newly created and pivotal role which will take responsibility for all legal and related issues in-house.In this role you will have responsibility for managing the Groups Company secretarial records, ensuring that all appropriate filings are made and records are up to date. You will be required to review, redraft and manage the approval of all supplier contracts and agency agreements, support the Groups insurance programme and manage the registration and maintenance of trademarks and other IP issues.
