I am pleased to be working with a leading Professional Services firm in Bath to help them recruit an HR Manager.As leaders in their field this firm pride themselves on their first-class service and advice. In turn, to achieve this, they look for passionate and motivated people to join them to deliver this level of service. As the firm goes through an exciting time ofgrowth and change the HR team is following suit and as a result looking for new additions to the team. Joining part of a wider HR team of both generalists and specialists this position will see you supporting a key population of people.Reporting into the Head of HR this is a varied and broad generalist position covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This will include management of the HR Administration team which consists of 2 people, employee relations, employee engagement, salaryreview, payroll, HR operations and reporting as well as leading on and supporting various HR projects. This role is a real mix of operational and strategic HR and will suit someone who enjoys both areas. You will work independently and collaboratively with the wider team to deliver the people agenda into your group and forge solid stakeholder relationships inorder to become a trusted advisor for the team.To be successful in this role you will demonstrate proven experience of working in a generalist HR role with a demanding and or challenging client group, you will excel in coaching and advising line managers and employees at all levels and will have excellentstakeholder management skills. You will have proven success of managing various HR projects and will ideally of led a small HR team. Your excellent communication skills both verbal and written along with your ability to lead and influence will be of real interestto my client. You will be a self starter who can work autonomously with excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.My client is looking to meet with candidates who have ideally worked within a Professional Services environment and are either looking for their next step up into a HR Manager role or already at HR Manager level and looking for a new challenge.
