Job Description

MBF are working with a well-established, national Financial Planners who are in the market to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team. Our client is an award-winning organisation that has grown substantially over the past fewyears, with ambitious growth plans for the future.The business has a fantastic reputation for providing high quality holistic financial services to clients across the UK. Upon joining you will be provided high qualityon the job training, full support for market exams and opportunities to progress within the business as it continues to grow.The role:

  • The role will be working in a busy team, supporting the companys Financial Advisors. You will also act as a first point of contact for clients.
  • The team is friendly and have a great working environment. They work closely together with the Paraplanners, having regular meetings and social activities which helps with their strong team ethic.
  • Duties include; Processing new business, LOAs, preparing meeting packs, liaising with providers and clients, maintaining records on client database
Requirements
  • To be considered you must have previous experience within a similar role, you will ideally have worked as an Administrator within a Financial Planning/Wealth Management practice however individuals from a wider Financial Services background will also beconsidered
  • You must have extensive experience of working with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience of delivering accurate, relevant and timely information

  • Basic salary to £28,000
