Robert Half are proud to be partnering, on a retained basis, with Green Nation in their search for a Finance Manager on a permanent contract.Green Nation is a specialist renewable energy company generating electricity by clean, sustainable means. Founded in 2011 by Jonathan Thompson who had a passion to make solar energy mainstream and a big source of electricity for the UK , over the last decadetheyve developed multiple solar farms and battery storage sites, and worked with hundreds of owners to put solar on schools, commercial buildings and houses. Over this time, theyve had rapid YoY growth with further ambitious plans for the future!The accounts department manages approx. 70 solar project companies each run through their own limited company. This role would be expected to manage a proportion of those companies (end to end) involving close cooperation with the development and site managementteams as well as with outside investors. The successful candidate will be a key member of the finance team with full support.Based out of their picturesque, converted barn in Stratton on the Fosse, hybrid working is supported. The salary on offeris up to c £50,000 DOE + benefits.This role would suit a newly qualified accountant who has a practice background as there are many complexities to the business & high volumes of data through a number of ltd companies.
