This niche family law firm based in Bath are recruiting new talent into their experienced and thriving team. This is a rare opportunity for a newly qualified or up to 5 year PQE solicitor to develop their career with the unwavering support, knowledge and experience of senior fee earners. The firm cover a variety of good quality work within a friendly and supportive environment. The team work to the highest standard covering a wide range of family, finance, and matrimonial based matters. This role will consist of supporting the wider office whilst having the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the team to reach resolutions. To be successful in this role you will have knowledge of non-adversarial dispute resolution methods, including collaborative law and family mediation, and experience of court litigation. You will be comfortable with managing a varied caseload and show confidence when working with clients to navigate concerns and issues.You will have the opportunity to co-work complex matters with partners and gradually build your own caseload and forge relationships with clients.
