Job Description

Estate Member for Bath Riverside - Competitive Salary + BenefitsThe RolePinnacle Property Management Ltd is looking for an Estate Member to join their team at the prestigious Bath Riverside Development. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent service and is a proactive problem solver.The successful applicant will join a team of experienced professionals, providing a first-class service to the residents of the development. The Estate Member will be responsible for both general maintenance and assisting the Property Management Team inraising work orders, ensuring that the development is maintained to the highest standards.If you have a passion for property and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service, then this could be the job for you.Key Responsibilities:The key responsibilities of the Property Management Estate Member include, but are not limited to:

  • Minor external general repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Liaising with Pinnacle Property Management Team.
  • Monitoring standard of cleaning, gardening, and general maintenance by sub-contractors.
  • Ensuring bin-stores and bike-stores are kept clean and tidy.
  • Assisting with twice-weekly refuse collection.
  • Inspecting all areas to ensure cleaning and maintenance services have been completed to the required standard.
  • Monitoring and controlling instances of antisocial behaviour.
  • Removal of litter from internal and external communal areas and items of litter from around shrubs.
  • Reporting incidents of graffiti.
  • Monitoring river moorings.
