This varied and extensive role will also be responsible for the effective operational delivery of the Division’s objectives, which include taking on leadership of strategic projects for the Division and Corporate initiatives.We are looking for a highly capable, motivated and organised professional who is an experienced problem solver with a flexible approach to work and excellent communication and leadership skills. To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead the team and to ensure tight deadlines are met with consistency and rigour.While working closely with the Divisional Director of Operations, you will ensure delivery of key performance indicators, national targets, efficiencies and robust financial management for the division.This is a truly wonderful opportunity to manage and take the lead for ensuring Specialties benchmark positively compared to national upper quartile performance and develop a culture of continuous improvement across all of the services we provide.
