Job Description

My client are looking for a Data Developer to come on board for an initial 3 month contract assisting 3 month contract Responsible for the development, design and implementation of new or modified software products or ongoing business projects.Essential Skills:

  • Python Skills
  • Experience of NumPy and Pandas
  • Experience writing ETL pipelines, web scraping or working within data science flows Metaflow
Desirable skills:
  • you will be testing the ETL pipelines as well so exp with Selinium, JMeter, Cucumber beneficia
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with other developers, designers, business and systems analysts
  • Develop applications.
  • Provide guidance on industry best practices, guidelines and governance for web applications and web sites.
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure end product is delivered with quality outcomes.
  • Perform benefit analysis for IT solutions and make recommendations for technology direction.
  • Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs
  • Testing and evaluating new programs
  • Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
  • Writing and implementing efficient code
  • Determining operational practicality
  • Developing quality assurance procedures
  • Deploying software tools, processes and metrics
  • Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
This is an initial 3 months contract expected to run for a minimum of 9 months. The role is Outside IR35 and Fully RemoteThey are looking to pay between £300-£400 If you are interested please send me over a copy of your full CV and we can discuss the position further.
