Job Description

Closing date: 30-05-2024 Customer Team Member Location: 110 Mount Road, South Down, Bath, BA2 1LN Pay: £12.00 per hour Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time Working pattern: 3 varied shifts over 7 days includingearly mornings start at 6:30am, afternoons and weekends, to be discussed at interview. You must be aged18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm. We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.   • Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience Work togetherto make everyones day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be Help introducenew products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
