Customer Service Advisor - Energy Bath to £24k p.a. depending on experienceYouve worked in customer service before, delivering exceptional service. Their market-disrupting, consumer-focused digital energy model is designed specifically to meet the need for change in the energy sector, and to tackle our Climate Crisis.Theyre creating a number of opportunities for energetic digital Customer Service Advisors. Communicating with Members across digital channels (chat, email and outbound calling), youll be the voice of the company as you advise and guide, educate and engage, support and feedback.Our client is based in Bath, only a short walk from the railway station.   • deal efficiently with a full range of customer enquiries via digital channels
  • take in and assess customer feedback to continually improve service
  • direct customers to relevant online support, seeking technical guidance as required
  • develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of company products and services
  • Due to COVID19, everyone currently works from home and will to do so until its safe to return to the office.
