Job Description

My client is looking for an experienced and skilled Amazon Account Manager to join their dynamic and innovative vehicle electronics company. My client is a growing company looking to expand their team with an approachable and proactive Customer Retentionand Upsell Specialist to join them. If you are experienced in Amazon Account Management looking to be apart of a forward-thinking company then this could be the opportunity for you!Amazon Account Manager Package:

  • £35,000 - £40,000
  • Hybrid (preferred) / Fully Remote (right person)

Amazon Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the Amazon Account on a daily basis.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews - ensuring appropriate actions are taken to maintain a high seller rating.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase product rankings and sales.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for SEO.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate regular reports on sales, inventory and performance metrics.
  • Monitor advertising spend and ROI, adjusting campaigns as needed for maximum profitability.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Amazon Account Manager Requirements:
  • A degree in business or marketing is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing Amazon FBA Accounts.
  • Share strong knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace and policies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communicational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
