Service Advisor / Service Advisor - motor dealershipFull time Permanent roleMonday - Friday 0800 - 1800 plus Saturdays (1 in 2 or 3)Basingstoke based roleSalary. £28000 - £30000 plus very good staff benefits. If you thrive ina fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in customer service in the motor sector, we want to hear from you!Duties and responsibilities - Service Advisor Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors and customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.Act as a liaison between customers and the dealerships service department, effectively communicating vehicle maintenance and repair requirements.Schedule appointments and manage the booking system to ensure efficient use of service department resources.Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for services provided, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.Handle any customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical specifications to provide accurate information to customers.Competencies, knowledge and experience required:Proven experience as an Automotive Customer Service Advisor in a similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.Knowledge of automotive products, services, and maintenance procedures.Good computer skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to use your experience of working within a motor dealership at a superb organisation who have a great reputation in the industry.For more information regarding this new and exciting opportunity, please apply now! .
