Job Description

You can be based either from Basingstoke or Bristol, and will follow our hybrid approach of flexible workingThe roleIn-Work Coach

  • Working flexibly across our geography, youll provide exceptional advice and guidance services to a caseload of customers who are in-work support Sovereign residents to sustain employment, gain access to training opportunities, improve their quality oflife and progress their career.
  • Youll utilise a combination of digital, phone and, where appropriate, direct delivery to maximise engagement, support and progression to your customers.
  • Use of a variety of techniques to diagnose customers need for in work support, referring to specialist organisations where necessary
  • Utilise internal and external partnership and collaboration opportunities
Your experience
  • Youll need to a background working in a similar capacity, supporting individuals to reach their full potential
  • Youll be a creative thinker and confident engaging with residents and stakeholders of all levels
  • Excellent organisation and customer service
  • Strong Excel skills and a meticulous approach
