Your Company:The NET Professional team are working with a high-growth Financial Services business searching for an experienced and talented HR Advisor to join their expanding team in the Basingstoke office. The company in question have grown continually, and has receivedcomprehensive backing and support to continue that growth-plan. In order to facilitate and continue company development, the Finance Director and the wider management team require an individual who is experienced with the implementation of HR policies, andcan manage all facets of Human Resources.Your Role & Responsibilities:Typical responsibilities for this role will include, but not be limited to:* Implementing, reviewing and adapting HR Policies & Procedures, ensuring these are up to date with current legislation* Starting up HR Systems, suggesting continual improvements and procedural changes that can be made to aid the business* Assisting the Head of HR in undertaking, and eventually assuming management and control of, long-term projects * Pivotal involvement in the recruitment process of new candidates, from screening and initial selection, to final interview stages* Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations * Undertaking and assisting in more personal duties where necessary, including grievance and disciplinary meetings* General HR duties & remaining a key point of contact for staff in various functions and rolesWhat you need to Apply:This will be a HR role of varied and progressive scope, requiring an individual who is enthusiastic, dynamic and prepared to undertake large projects. Prior experience of commencing and completing large-scale projects, including implementation and formulationof HR Systems & Policies are key, alongside a proven track record of success within these projects, whether individually or as part of a larger team. A CIPD Level 5 qualification for this role will be looked upon as beneficial, but is not essential if highquality and great tenure are present in the candidates resume.
