LOCATION OF WORK: Fully Remote WorkingCONTRACT LENGTH: 6 months (likely to extend)THE ROLE:An innovative and well established electronics business requires an Embedded Software Engineer to work on a new industrial sensor development, which monitors temperature and pressure.You will be developing Embedded C software to convert I2C digital sensor outputs to CANopen using an ARM core micro and transceiver.To be suitable for this role you should have excellent Embedded C RTOS / BareMetal development ability, with strong CAN bus experience. If you have experience with CANopen and J1939 this would be desirable but is not essential.This role will involve working in a small multidisciplined project team. As such you should have good communication skills and should be someone who enjoys working part of a collaborative team.This role can be performed fully remotely, with any equipment needed being couriered directly to you.SKILLS REQUIRED:
