Your Company:The talent acquisition team is delighted to be supporting a fantastic, highly successful HVAC business, on their search for a Customer Relationship Coordinator, to join the Basingstoke based team. Having built upon their success for several decades, the businessnow operates on a global scale, with presences in multiple countries and a growing client base, yielding year-upon-year return custom. As a result, their recent successes have seen a growth in business and overall expansion in operations across the UK, and now they require another ambitious and passionate individual to join their team to ensure that they are able to maintain and develop theirclient base, by working hard to understand the clients needs and build upon strong business relationships.Typical hours for this role can be expected to be 8:30am - 17:30pm.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:* Providing an exemplary customer service to clients, addressing all of their needs and resolving any queries that they may have in a timely manner* Escalating any issues that can not be directly resolved to the relevant department* Developing strong working relationships with customers, ensuring you understand their needs and seek ways in which the business can meet these* Working alongside internal teams to improve and deliver the companys services to the customers, ensuring that any feedback is passed along to the relevant technical teams to learning and development purposes* Supporting with parts and scheduling matters for jobs when required* Any additional tasks as needed by the team and wider businessWhat you will need to Apply:The business is looking for a strong administrator to sit within this role, who would ideally also possess good customer service experience as well. Exquisite communication skills, especially verbally, as well as written will be imperative for this role, asyoull be liaising with customers for the majority of the time. Additional skills include organisation, good IT competency and being able to take on a full but varied workload. Any exposure to the HVAC industry would be ideally sought after as well.What you will get in Return:For the successful candidate, a starting salary of up to £27,000, depending on experience and industry exposure, will be on offer.
