We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join us on a permanent basis. You will be joining the organisation at an exciting time with the opportunity to be at the forefront of significant strategic business change projects.What you will be doing:As a Business Analyst you will be assigned to various business change projects. You will focus on driving solutions through requirements gathering and process mapping. You will support all necessary activities to aid successful project definition, delivery and completion.By working with various teams, you will assess the impact of change and work with the business to ensure a smooth transition. Due to the nature of the projects you will need to be well organised with an ability to self-manage.You will work closely with the Procurement Team, Data Analysts, Project Managers, other BAs, subject matter experts and a variety of business stakeholders, so good interpersonal skills are essential.To be successful you will need the following:
