Job Description

Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for a new and exciting roleIts a really exciting time to join us as Sovereign have joined forces with Network Homes to form SNG (Sovereign Network Group). Together we provide over 84,000 homes and invest in communities across London and the South of England – our purpose being toprovide quality affordable homes and places that people love for generations.Weve got a fantastic opportunity for two experiencedBusiness Analyststo join our Transformation team, working at the forefront of significant strategic and transformational business change projects. This is a12-month fixed termrole,based from our head office in Basingstoke with flexibility for some remote working.What youll be doingYoull work within various types of change projects providing end to end business analysis to identify business customer needs and mapping processes to support the definition, design and delivery of successful projects that are solution orientated and drivesa customer centric culture.Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with a variety of stakeholders youll gather, prioritise and validate their business needs through detailed analysis, offering your guidance
  • Working with the Design team youll shape and develop business and technical requirements into clear and robust business cases that support the development, signoff and delivery of effective solutions
  • Facilitate the Benefit Management process in the project phases by supporting the business to identify and document the drivers, objectives, benefits and enablers for the changeinitiative
  • Assisting in researching and evaluating new product ideas or enhancements to existing solutions in order to determine their potential
  • Acting as a change champion, enabling people to understand the benefits and challenges associated with planned change and to identify/overcome any barriers to success of change initiatives
You will be strengthening our approach to change and growing the Business Analysis capability within the business by proactively promoting business analysis techniques and sharing knowledge with business stakeholders.What we need from youYou should have demonstrable experience workingas a Business Analyst within a business change environment. Were also looking for:
  • Proven experience of Stakeholder Management, Requirements Elicitation and Process Analysis
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Benefit Management and Cost Benefit Modelling is desirable
  • Experience of Transformation Programme and Change delivery
  • Previous experience of working closely with a Design Team would be beneficial
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to form effective relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels
  • Any experience within Housing Associationsor Property Management with RFP Process for IT Solutions would be advantageous
  • A qualification in Business Analysis is desirable but not essential
