I am currently working with a friendly and growing company based in Basildon who manufacture high precision airflow pressure sensors and controls for clean rooms, laboratories, industrial and commercial ventilation systems.Their products have been used worldwide in highly sophisticated control and monitoring applications for over 40 years.They are currently looking for a diverse individual to join their team as a Technical Sales Support specialist.Key responsibilities:• Handling enquiries from new / existing clients who need technical assistance before purchasing or after sales support.• Reviewing drawings, schematics, and schedules to assist with the production of proposals and quotations to secure business.• Producing simple CAD drawings to accompany quotations or to assist in house engineering.• Occasional accompanied site visits to carry out surveys or assist with commissioning activities.Previous experience & required skills:• Experience / understanding of ducted ventilation systems and, or ventilation controls.• Previous experience of air management devices including CAV (Constant Air Volume), VAV (Variable Air Volume) dampers, actuators and associated controls would be advantageous.• CAD – AutoCAD or similar• Excellent attention to detail: highly organised, thorough, accurate and able to meet deadlines.• Good communication skills and computer literacy.• Previous experience of maintaining quality (ISO 9001) / healthy and safety systems would be advantageous.Additional information:• Working hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday• 20 days holiday, 3 discretionary days at Christmas, 8 national bank holidays.• Salary negotiable on experience• Onsite ParkingIf you are looking for an opportunity to establish and develop with a fantastic company, please apply now!
