Staircase Installers, Bench Joiners, Handrailers, Hand CarversBasildon , EssexSalary: Competitive dependent upon experienceThe companyOur client is a unique and highly skilled manufacturer of bespoke Handrails & Staircases and they are passionate about their work ,priding themselves on offering the highest quality and service.They specialise in a wide range of traditional and modern techniques, including:Laminated / Keyed / Staved stair stringsHand carded and routed handrail utilising an advanced form of the tangent handrailing methodsAdvanced proprietry 3D CAD geometry techniquesStaircase and handrail restructuring / restorationTraditional French PolishingAdvanced 3D CAD designThe RoleStaircase Installers, Bench Joiners / Handrailers / Hand CarversDue to continued growth of the company, set up by a highly experienced stair builder ,additional staff are required to support future expansion .They seek medium to highly skilled joiners with experience in staircase joinery and preferably handrail construction as well. Individuals must be reliable , trustworthy, and professional.Staircases:Applicants must be able to manufacture the highest quality bespoke staircases of all types, in particular curved staircases, from provided drawings, templates and design information .Joiners who can deliver only the highest of quality finish on every job are required, and preference would be given to those able to build and install top quality staircases with minimal guidance.Handrails:Applicants will be required to produce curved and wreathed handrails from supplied templates (facemoulds), including cutting and squaring wreaths and shaping / carving to profile. (Technical side of handrail for production of facemoulds is desirable but not required)General:For installation of handrails and staircases on site the role requires CSCS card, ability to interface with customers politely and with respect for their home.
