Job Description

We’re on the lookout for two self-motivated Project Coordinators to act as a central point of contact for customers, managing the coordination of a large volume of customer enquiries.You will also be responsible for helping to develop new and existing business opportunities through expertise and relationship building with customers.This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.About the role:· Managing and distributing information within a network of branches· Oversee and maintain central inbox within a high-volume environment· Telephone call handling· To liaise with other support functions to ensure fluidity of supply and information· Advise customer of stock and availability· Allocating orders with the best placed branch according to nominated branch network· Liaise with manufacturers to offer a co-ordinated response to project· Liaise with suppliers on supply delivery datesAbout you:We’re looking for people that have gained experience in a customer service role where you are managing customer enquiries and expectations.
