Do you have an extensive import freight forwarding background Are you experienced in completing import Customs entries Looking to take your career to the next step and join a friendly team within a large global companyThe Role:Our client is looking to recruit an additional member to its team to help manage the import process for a number of long-term established clients, and new additional accounts.The forwarding team manage shipments from origin to final destination and the successful candidate will also be responsible for completing import Customs entries, so should be confident in classifying goods to the correct tariff number and clearing goods using various CPCs, including Home Use, IPR and Warehouse.Candidates must have experience of using either Datafreight, Descartes / Net Freight, FCL or a similar system, along with Destin8, CNS & CHIEF.Experience of arranging haulage and negotiating rates / compiling quotes would certainly be advantageousEssential Criteria:
