My Client, a multi-disciplined market leader in the UKs specialist facades, ceiling, drywall, flooring, plastering and interior finishing sector are looking for a highly experienced Construction Director. To be considered for the role, the successful Construction Director must have experience of managing projects and teams in either facades and / or drylining with in depth façade experience being particularly welcome. Successful Construction Directors should have a demonstrative experience in managing projects of anything between £1m and £25m and beyond. You will be joining a business that has been established for 35 years and has an annual turnover of over £50m. My client has built strong relationships with a range of Developers and Main Contractors such as Berkeley Group, Skanska, Vinci, Barratt Homes many more construction giants, covering both residential and commercial sectors of the industry. My client is looking for a Construction Director who has energy and drive to lead from the front and help to further grow the company.
