Job Description

Competitive Salary + Bonus Join a Top Employer 2023…Are you a cooling/refrigeration/air con engineer looking to develop your sales and customer service skills or are you looking to expand upon your existing cooling sales experience We have an exciting opportunity in the Climate team in our Pipe and Climatebranch based in Basildon, as a Climate Specialist.In this office based role you will be part of a specialist climate team and your main responsibilities will involve looking after all the climate customers; you will be taking incoming queries, putting together and chasing quotes, processing orders, liaisingwith other branches as well as trying to increase business.This role is working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm.Up for the challenge Here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Climate knowledge or experience is essential
  • Trade and merchant background is desirable
  • Exceptional customer service, ensuring the customers technical questions are answered
