Job Description

Business Support AdministratorBasildonUp to £25,000 + bonus + benefitsWe are currently handling an interesting role for a Financial Services organisation based in the Basildon area, who have an opportunity for an experienced Business Support Administrator.The role will involve:

  • Logging and dealing with queries
  • Keeping systems up to date
  • Producing reports and statistics
  • Taking notes at meetings
  • Booking events
  • Preparing customer documentation
  • Maintaining office records and plans
  • Setting up new starters
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Ordering stationery and supplies
  • Maintaining customer records
  • To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English, at grade C or above
  • Previous Administrative experience within the Financial Services sector
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
