BIT Trainer - Freelance Contract - Essex (Regional Role) - £850.00 per learner on completionThe Role: BIT Trainer• We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing training provider on a freelance basis. They are looking for a professional BIT / Lean / Continuous Improvement Trainer / Assessor to join their team.• You will be required to visit your learners at least once per month, but will need to start on site around 4pm and finish around 10pm to suit the employers shift patterns. There are 10-15 learners in total. This role wouldnt include weekend working.• You will carry out training and assessments for delivery, ensuring high levels of standards are maintained and assessment needs of candidates are being met.• You will undertake teaching and learning to groups of Adult Apprentices within their workplace, embedding high standards of CI practice across a wide range of clients through 1-2-1 coaching, and group training workshops. • A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.Essential Requirements: BIT Trainer• Strong knowledge on Business Improvement Techniques, e.g. 6 Sigma Black Belt.• Experience delivering and assessing BIT Qualifications • Assessor Qualification (i.e. A1/TAQA/D32/D33)The Employer: BIT Trainer• This Training Provider specialises in the delivery of Engineering and Manufacturing programmes to a wide range of employers, nationally.
