F&I Customer Advisor - Car Dealership Location: Barnsley AreaRef: OC9722Salary: £17,000 basic + Bonus OTE £24,000Hours: Mon-Fri - 9am - 5.30pmThis is a brand new position for an Customer Advisor for our clients main dealer operation in the Barnsley area. We are looking for an Customer Advisor with or without motor trade experience from either sales or customer service backgrounds. We require someone with a stable work history, superb personality and someone with great customer service.Role:Working for a head office operation (attached to a dealership) your remit will be to support the finance and insurance (business managers) across the group in their day to day proposals of customer finance applications.You will be looking at any customers applications that have been referred and to look at the reasons for it and to see if the company can get finance for them to enable their vehicle purchase.
