In addition to this, you should be able to run a sustainable and profitable business.Your Experience & Our RequirementsThis role would be perfect for an experienced sous chef or senior CDP. You should have strong leadership qualities and impeccable knowledge of health & safety. My client is looking for a sous who can build strong relationships with the front of house team and is confident and knowledgeable about their food and brand so as to confidently guide the team to provide an excellent customer experience.
