The Stores Supervisor will take responsibility for up to 6 staff who provide Outsourced services to the client at 2 on site locations, in addition there are several off-site locations that need liaison. You will be expected to manage the process adherenceof agreed areas of ownership including goods receipt, inventory management, post, kitting, counter service, and engineering order processing. Responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising and reporting upon the work activities of the team; providingeffective communication, leadership, motivation, training, and development.The primary function of this role is to maximise the performance of the operation by directing the daily and weekly activities, providing leadership, motivation, training, and development of colleagues, executing against customer requirements and operationalperformance. Always ensure excellent customer service.Main AccountabilitysDirect the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean, and fair work environment for team membersEnsure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly enabling daily operational targets are met.Deliver team member performance reviews, development and/or succession planning as appropriateSupport and Manage customer, resolve any issues or queries relating to Stock or associated KPIsResponsible for managing orders through Adecco and DOW systems within a specified KPI timeframe.To manage KPI reportsTo ensure that all staff comply to health & safety regulations and QA policiesThe Warehouse Supervisor will ideally have experience in working in a management capacity in stores or an MRO service provider, have excellent communication skills along with good analytical skills and numerical skills.
