Job Description

Sales AdvisorFull time office based in Barry, CardiffSalary is £23k + comissionD&R partners are proud to be representing our client that brings to the market a professional expertise, transparency, and exacting standards.     • The development of new business, via methods such as canvassing, outbound and inbound telemarketing.
    • Build up a broker database and maintain good relationships accordingly.
    • To maintain a competent level of understanding of mainstream lenders underwriting policies and procedures.
    • Sales processing and accurate data entry.
    • Submission of timely and accurate application packs.
    • Adherence to quality and compliance standards.
    • To assist the Specialist Mortgage Advisor at the applicable stages of the sales process.
    • To understand the boundaries and procedures of what is permitted in terms of providing the customer advice (which is not permitted)
    • To pay high regard to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations including Treating Customers Fairly Principles.
    • Encourage and maintain a high level of customer service and excellence.
    • To pay particular attention to ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • To always behave in a positive and professional manner when representing the company.
    • To follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualities the company possess for this Sales Advisor role:
    • Sales experience in a busy office environment.
    • Outbound sales experience (telephone experience)
    • Account management.
    • IT literacy
    • Ability to demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
    • Fast and accurate data entry
