Job Description

Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Fee EarnerIndustry: LegalLocation: Cardiff, South WalesAre you a skilled and enthusiastic Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner looking to join a dynamic legal team We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our clients organisation in Cardiff.Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Conduct legal research and obtain necessary documentation to support conveyancing transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Prepare and draught legal documents, including contracts and deeds.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Provide excellent client service and advice throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Work closely with fellow Fee Earners and support staff to achieve team objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner.
  • Solid knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using case management systems and other relevant software.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
