Job Description

Maintenance EngineerVale of Glamorgan21761/534£37,500 + Overtime + company pension and other benefitsThis well established manufacturer is currently looking to expand its maintenance team, following a recent multi-million pound investment. They are in the process of installing a number of new state of the art, fully automated manufacturingmachines and therefore need another three multi-skilled maintenance engineers to support their expansion. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a fast paced environment and develop their skills in an award winning business.Duties:

  • Working on a 2 shift system of mornings and afternoons and as part of a team of 2 engineers on each shift.
  • Identifying potential failures through good engineering judgement.
  • Primarily responsible for delivering Preventative, Corrective & Reactive support across all aspects of the site.
  • working on a variety of high volume manufacturing equipment which involves Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Motors, Gears, Electrics, Robotics and PLCs.
Skills:
  • Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3
  • Ideally maintenance experience from a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Mechanical / Electrical capability.
Benefits:
  • Salary £37,500.
  • Shifts Monday-Friday (6-2 / 2-10)
  • Company Pension.
  • Some weekend Overtime available.
