Job Description

Inventroy ControllerType of contract - Temporary/OngoingHourly pay rate - £16.06Hours per week - 32 (4 days)Adecco are currently looking for an Integrity Coordinator to join our client based in Barry. It is a global company, producing an array of chemicals and silicone based products that are distributed within some of the biggest industries including automotive and health care.The role will involve carrying out technical planning, coordination and administrative tasks to assist the Inspection Department in ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.Key responsibilities:

  • Administration of Protective device (e.g. pressure relief valve and PSR instruments) using SAP database
  • Running SAP reports for performance monitoring
  • Tracking of site testing using spreadsheets.
  • Document management on electronic and paper based systems
  • Organising equipment, rooms and information for audits.
  • Maintaining the KPIs database
  • Maintaining consumable supplies specific for department
  • Managing the inspection department equipment calibration records, access, hire and maintenance
  • Issuing of weekly maintenance plans filtered for Integrity related intrusive work.
  • Updating procedures and workflows as required in word and other systems
  • Coordinating vendors for inspections, surveys and NDT.
  • Manage corrective action plans
  • Knowledge of the following is advantageous but not essential:
  • Knowledge and Experience sought:
  • Knowledge of the Pressure Equipment Directive.
  • Experience working on a manufacturing site where knowledge of engineering drawings, pressure relief systems, inspection programmes, Non-Destructive Testing, equipment maintenance has been developed.
  • Previous experience using SAP
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward safety, health and environmental care.
  • Experience with using MS Office applications - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
