Case ManagerLocation: Barry£25,000 + Benefits + BonusesMust be able to drive. Office-Based (9am - 5pm)Benefits of this Mortgage Packager role:

The business:Our client is a financial consultancy resourced by experts and focused on brokers. They package specialist loans and mortgages for brokers and commercial clients. With over 20 years of industry experience, our client has access to some of the best ratesand terms for first and second charge mortgage, bridging loans and commercial mortgages.About this job:As a case manager you will be assisting the advisor with the bridging applications to completion, making sure that all the correct legal documentation/admin is completed and all aspects of the agreement are watertight, you will be liaising with brokers,lenders, solicitors, underwriters and paraplanners to help with this task.Responsibilities for this role:
  • Self-motivated as well as having a willingness to learn and take on board new ideas in key.
  • Can-do mentality and someone who strives to be the best

Skills needed for this role:
  • Developed organisational skills.
  • Experience working as a case manager within any industry.
