Business Development Executive (BDE)Location: Mainly Field Based with an Office based in Penarth Salary: £25,000 + BonusOur Client based in Penarth are looking for an experienced BDE to join their existing team. You will ideally be from a WEEE Refurbishment/Recycling background. This is a full time permanent position with good career progression opportunities for the right candidate.The roles and responsibilities of the Business Development Executive will include but are not limited to:New Business - Responsibilities to include actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits and social media. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs. Setting up meetingswith potential clients and listen to their concerns and wishes. Work closely with sales team to deliver set targets.Account Management - Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Work closely with Operations Manager and Business Development Team Manager to ensure effective delivery of service. To recommend new opportunities and improvements for maximisingprofits.Client Interaction - Provide proper information, guidance, and support to clients in a professional manner. Responding to all enquiries and requests timely, professionally, and consistently. Negotiate contract enquiries (with support from Operations Managerand Compliance Officer) and handle complaints and/or objections. Product Knowledge - To gather and continually develop a comprehensive understanding of services provided. To research and communicate any potential revenue streams that are not currently being pursuing.
