Job Description

  • The opening and closing of the premises for all hirers and authorised contractors working on site.
  • The control and regulation of the heating and lighting of the premises.
  • The cleaning of the premises including, as appropriate, responsibility for :- o Cleaning the Changing Rooms o Cleaning all the other public areas o Cleaning the toilets and kitchen on a daily basis or at suitable intervals as dictated by the needs of theprogramme
o Reactive cleaning of any spillages etc. as necessary o Maintenance of safe floor surfaces.
  • The cleaning of litter and or debris at the allocated sports ground or park whilst on duty.
  • The reporting of any damage, repairs or maintenance matters to the designated supervising officer.
  • To provide a friendly, informative reception to users of the grounds.
  • To carry out market research as required.
  • To undertake Grounds Maintenance tasks as required or directed.
To be available for work on evenings and weekends as required
