ALN Teaching Assistant specialising in Challenging BehaviourAn Estyn rated Good Primary School in Barry is recruiting for an ALN Teaching Assistant specialising in Challenging Behaviour to join them ASAP for the remainder of the academic year.This is a two form entry, mainstream primary school with a highly academic ethos. They are looking for an enthusiastic Behaviour Support Worker with prior experience or an interest in Primary BESD. The successful candidate will be skilled in de-escalationtechniques, ideally Team Teach Trained and have a calm, empathetic manner.The successful candidate will be working 1:1 within a year 5 class.
