Workshop Coordinator (HGV) £40,000- £50,000 + Birthday day off + Family Planning + Generous PensionBarnstapleAre you a Workshop Coordinator or similar with an automotive qualification looking for a Mon-Fri, days-based role within a thriving servicer of HGVs and RCVs who offers an excellent work-life balance, a generous bonus package, and the opportunity to workautonomouslyOn offer is the opportunity to work within a large commercial transport service provider going through an exciting period of growth. The company are responsible for the maintenance, service and repair of HGVs, RCVs LCVs on behalf of some major blue-chipclients.Within this position you will oversee all workshop functions. You will manage a team of of technicians when needed and be responsible for workflow, quality checking, monitoring all service and repair work, and also follow process to maintain maximum workshopefficiency, throughout your day.This role will suit a Workshop Coordinator with a background in the Automotive / HGV industry within a company known for the market leading pay and generous bonus structure, and employee career progression.THE ROLE:

  • Maintaining efficiency throughout the Workshop
  • Ensuring quality of all repair and service work
  • Monday to Friday, Days Based 8AM-5:30 PM - 1 hour paid lunch
THE PERSON:
  • Workshop Coordinator or similar
  • Automotive qualification HGV
  • Commutable to Barnstaple
