Job Description

Pay rate: £12.00 per hourLocation: Barnstaple train stationContract: On-going at least 3 monthsShifts: 0915am-1515pm. Monday - Saturday. We are looking for x2 part time workers, working 4 days on and 5 days off (will be flexible if workers wish to switch and swap between them)Worker 1 will work 24 hours on week 1Worker 2 will work 12 hours on week 1Worker 1 will work 12 hours on week 2Worker 2 will work 24 hours on week 2 and so on. As the first or last point of contact on a customers journey, youll be assisting the customers in the station with queries and offering assistance as when required at Barnstaple station. Helping the public to ensure they understand where to go during theirjourney, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care!You will be involved in....

  • Helping with station ramps which you will be fully trained on
  • Luggage assistance
  • Supporting customers needing assistance
  • Ensuring the safety of the station environment
  • Providing a friendly and personable service
  • Light station cleaning
  • Safely placing station ramps when required
