They are currently trialling a 4-day working week and during that time you can either opt in or out of the pilot. Hours of work available are:OPT IN - Monday to Thursday 7.am to 5.30pmOPT OUT - Monday to Thursday am to pm/Friday am to pmRole Overview:To provide the specialist knowledge in detail design of electromagnetic components and sub-assemblies working as an integral part of the engineering team, with the opportunity to be involved in the development of the wider systems. This role will give the rightindividual a great opportunity to be involved in all aspects, interacting with our customers and strategic partners, including Universities, while also working closely with the factory operations team to ensure smooth transfer of products into production.Skills & Experience:* A good degree or higher degree in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering or closely related discipline.* Electro-magnetic design experience* 5 years appropriate industry experience preferably in an Aerospace or Defence environment.* Relevant analysis, modelling and simulation skills* Requirements Analysis.* Clear and Concise Communicator of Technical Information.* Good 3D visualiser.* General Production Knowledge.* Must be able to qualify for UK security clearance.If this role sounds perfect for you then please apply now!KSBarnstapleKelly Services are acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this role.
