Job Description

As Quality Manager you will be responsible for leading the execution and deployment of the defined Strategic Quality.Client DetailsMy client are an aerospace manufacturing business who are part of a global group.DescriptionThe Quality Manager will be responsible for:

  • You will provide Total Quality Leadership to customers, suppliers, partners and internal manufacturing cells.
  • You will also lead continuous improvement activities in targeted areas & manage the Quality Assurance strategy to ensure product flow consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements.
  • Manages Quality customer interface to proactively assure requirements are understood and satisfied, including assisting in complaint resolution and root cause and corrective action determination.
  • Leads the development, implementation, and improvement of the appropriate Quality Management Systems throughout the operation, providing quality leadership and support in the development and launch of new products, processes and services.
ProfileAs the Quality Manager you will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Ideally Degree Qualified in an engineering discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience in a Quality management ideally gained within the Aerospace industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methods, approaches and tools, including strategic management and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in the area of Quality and continuous improvement.
  • In-depth experience with the practical application of Quality tools, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
