Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, dynamic organisation based in Bromsgrove. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving fast-paced environment as a IFA Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.SummaryBeing the main point of contact for clients and members of the business providing administrative support.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing coaching and support for other team members
  • Maintaining administration systems and the diary management system
  • Undertake filing, photocopying and scanning duties when required
  • Assisting with the management of the portfolio of existing business
  • Preparing and formatting reports, new business and review packs for client meetings
  • Obtaining illustrations for products from providers either on-line or over the telephone
  • Processing payment requests and surrenders
  • Dealing with fund switch requests and being responsible for processing fund switches online
  • Obtaining valuations/details on existing policies
  • Ensuring the administration system is updated accurately
Skills and experience
  • Experience in supporting team members in an office administration support role
  • Coaching and supporting team members
  • Effective organisational and planning skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to forge and develop relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working as part of a team and under your own initiative
