If successful in joining our team, you would be working the night shift, SundayThursday, 22:4507:15, on a permanentfull-time basis.Pay, benefits and more:Were looking to offer a salary of up to £33,600 per annum, inclusive of anight shift premium. In addition, we offer 33 daysannual leave(inclusive of bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Youll also have access to a variety ofhigh street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.What youll do on a typical day:

  • Help your team withnot only achieving KPI target expectations but exceeding them
  • Manage the allocation of work for your team on a daily basis, this will include controlling the headcount, looking over overtime budgets, and ensuring that targets are met
  • Actively engage colleagues in conversation when on the shop floor to build relationships
  • Work with all appropriate teams to provide solutions to any issues brought up, taking into account policies and ethical practices
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous managerial experience is desirable
  • An ability to work individually under your own initiative by taking ownership of processes and your own workload
  • Well organised and committed individual, with a focused and flexible approach to work
