You will be dedicated in delivering top-tier support to both families and staff in accordance withOfsted regulations. You will be required to hold exemplary safeguarding practices and be dedicated to facilitating positive outcomes for families.As the Social Work Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Registered Manager and Assistant Manager, stepping into their roles when necessary. Your duties will encompass overseeing staff management and supervision for the Social Work team, ensuringcomprehensive quality assurance of parenting assessments.
