My client is a well-established and very busy law firm based in the South of Yorkshire and provide legal services across the Yorkshire market. Due to expansion plans within their Residential team they are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join theiralready established team.This Residential Conveyancer role will consist of Primarily handling residential property transactions (including leasehold, freehold, new builds, transfer of equities, re-mortgages) but also occasional commercial land and property transactions from the initialclient contact through to completion with minimal supervision. To be considered for this position, you will have experience of managing your own caseload with demonstrated success.
