The office is vibrant and has a motivated team ofrecruiters who all enjoy being there.This is a highly autonomous role where you will be expected to self-manage, be responsible for developing your own desk and will be tasked with increasing the client base and increasing overall perms revenue. The budget for the coming year is designed to ensurethat a motivated consultant will exceed their bonus earnings and expectations with commission up to 20% and additional bonuses payable.You will need to be self-motivated, ambitious and capable of identifying business opportunities and developing long term relationships with all your contacts. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential as is a confident personality.You will have previous Recruitment Industry sales experience, a full UK driving licence, and will be looking for a long-term career move.Any recruitment industry sector experience will be considered with a preference going to candidates with a permanent recruitment background.All applications are confidential.
