In this role you will take ownership of the commercial success of Interior Products from inception to design, through to launch, growth and eventual sunset.This is a standalone role working in close collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager for Interior Products as well as alongside Operations, Technical, Finance, Inside Sales, Field Sales and Specification Managers.Our Product Manager - Interior Products Perks and Benefits are:

    • Product Manager - Interior Products Role OverviewIn this role you will establish the vision and strategy for Interior Products and communicate them across the organization. A key part of your role will be to write and present the business case for new products. Focusing on creating, documenting, and communicating about products and product roadmaps that fall under your remit. Developing a competitive comparison guide for use in positioning.You will lead the product development team and oversee new product development and existing product modifications through to product launch. Documenting new product requirements, user stories and artefacts to support the new product development process. Coordinating the creation and testing of new product prototypes with the Internal Technical team, whilst working to create pricing models and facilitate pricing decisions with the UK Commercial Director.You will be a market-facing SME/thought leader for Interior Products, interfacing with industry contacts as a company representative. Initiating and managing relevant strategic partnerships.About you!
  • Degree in relevant subject
  • Previous B2B commercial, operational, or technical experience
  • Sales experience preferable
  • Product Management experience
  • Ability to define and implement a strategic product roadmap
  • Experienced in managing a product lifecycle
  • Experience in collaborating with Technical, Operations and Sales for new product development and delivery
  • Able to gather insights and assess market opportunities
  • Analytical, critical, and logical thinking for problem solving and to make the case for investment
  • Creative, collaborative, and innovative
  • Good project management skills, well organized and very detail oriented
  • Excellent business acumen.
